Scrap the Highway Agency

Additional Information

As I travel the throughout the UK, I am fed up with seeing the waste of money that is the Highway Agency who serve no purpose other than to sweep up after accidents and direct traffic. They have no real authority and I would far prefer to see patrolling Police cars, someone who is actually able to enforce the rules on the roads rather than a wannabe
