Allow Pubs to have seperate indoor smoking rooms
Create a situation designed to increasing the trade of business' such as Pubs and Clubs by allowing them to have indoor smoking areas, serperated from the main public area and fitted with an efficient extraction system. Access to these rooms to be restricted to those of legal smoking age.
