Make it illegal for those who donate to the fund for a new Royal Yacht to be able set their donation against their annual tax bill

Additional Information

There is much being played that this scheme will be totally privately funded. To be such it would require that none of the donations made by companies nor individuals are able to be set against their annual tax bill. If this were not to be the case then it remains that it is the taxpayer who is funding the scheme through the back door!
