Compulsary Third Party insurance on Pedal Cyclists
To make it Compulsary for Pedal Cyclists over the age of 18 to have Third Party insurance if cycle is being used on public highways, foot and cycle paths or places where they may cause harm/damage to people, vehicles or property.
