Debate on racism in football.

Additional Information

With the recent incidents involving John Terry and Luis Suarez, it should be about time that there is a stated consequence for being proven to have have used racially abusive language, rather then the the FA being able to just ban an individual for an allotted amount of time, to deter other individuals and supporters to do so.
