Make service companies like gas, electric, water etc. repair roads fully.

Additional Information

Companies like gas, electric and water after doing their digging in the roads should have to pay for the whole part of that road to be properly repaired not just bits. Small repairs are either humps or they are sunken and bad repairs lead to pot holes in the winter.Making them do a full repair out of their large profits would make for better roads all round and make them think twice before digging up the roads.
