Additional Information

It should be an offence to remain in the middle or outer lane on motorways or dual carriage ways for more than one half mile when the left hand lane is clear,it should be considered as driving without consideration and carry a fine.It is also an offence to use a mobile phone whilst driving and in order enforce these offences,the offences should be demonstrated and recorded by police video.Automatic penalty notices could then be sent to the registered owner and if contested proven with the video evidence.
