Houses of Parliament Food Bill

Additional Information

There has been recent publicity surrounding the subsidy applied to food and drink (including alcohol) which MP's and Members of the Lords can purchase from the various restaurants and bars within Parliament.

We, the undersigned call on the government, and parliament as a whole to end the subsidy of Members' food.

Based on the figures presented by the blogger "Guido Fawkes" the price of some food is extremely high. Perhaps Members could bring their own food from home, as any number of ordinary employees do everyday?
