Cap on Welfare Bill rejected by House of Lords at the cost of the average taxpayer. Make the Lords pay!

Additional Information

The bill to cap benefits at £26,000 a year per household was rejected by the House of Lords. This will cost the hardworking taxpayer around £600 million according to Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith.
I propose that the House of Lords Peers should pay for this by capping their total income to the tune of £600 million. Hold them accountable for their actions and hit them where it hurts the most.
