Stop the Thefts Overnight
Introduce legislation to make it illegal for scrap dealers to pay cash for metal products handed to them. Additionally, make it mandatory for a facial photograph AND fingerprints and FULL residential details of the person handing over the metal scrap to be made AND retained in perpetuity.
