If Police Jobs Are To Be Cut Then Replace Them with Special Constables.

Additional Information

The goverment anounced cuts to the police trough out the UK wich has caused fear in some that crime will rise quickly nd there will not be enough police to go round. My sugestion is that the goverment give insentives to people who volentree there time and put thier lives on the line, such as a tax reduction or free bus and train passes to help them with thier main jobs making up in some way for the time they give up.
