English to vote in Scottish Independence

Additional Information

In 2014 the Scottish Government is wishing to hold a Independence Referendum which will decide to fate of if Scotland stays in or out of the United Kingdom Union.

This petition is for the Westminster Parliament to raise the issue of the English having a vote within this referendum for the United Kingdom Union is also our Union and therefore we must also have a say in what the outcome is in 2014.

We the under-signed wishes the Westminster Parliament to recognize and debate this issue.
