Prevent an indepdnent Scotland taking the majority of the UK's oil

Additional Information

The SNP are demanding a share of the national debt based on their population, yet a share of the UK's oil based on their territory. Giving 80% of UK oil to an indepdnent Scotland will further damage the UK economy.

The government should allocate oil based solely on the population of Scotland, if and when the independence referendum passes.
