Support the EU regulation to regulate Buy to Let mortgages
Support the EU regulation on Buy to Let mortgages and help to prevent future property price bubbles, limit buy to let ownership taking away housing supply and first time buyer homes.
Support the regulation that will help prevent landlords from using Rental income to get more loans and thereby encourage rent increase to suck in more money to get even more loans to take away more properties from supply and fuel another Asset / Economic crash as with Sub Prime.
