This article in the Guardian newspaper outlines the current position of the Government in respect to the minority status of Cornwall.

There has been a policy for hundreds of years, of "sweeping under the carpet" the Cornish Issue.

This petition calls for signatures to raise the issue of the "Cornish Identity" in Parliament and aims to have Cornwall recognised as a National Minority..
