Make the Argentines realise that the Falkland Islands wish to remain British by holding a referendum
to show the nation of Argentina that the Falkland Islands are, and will be for the foreseeable future, British, we should allow the people of the Islands vote as to whether they wish to be British or Argenian possibly a third option of 'seperate from both' to show the Argentinians just how un-interested the Falklanders are in becomimng part of Argentina. This should be held with the backing and global acknowledgement of all major bodies such as the UN, EU, UNASUR (USAN) and more importantly Argentina AND the UK as individuals. considering in an Argentine-inspired poll in 1994 87% wished to stay British, Argentina is in need of much needed revision on the subject...
