Rais tax thresholds to £40k and replace with VAT

Additional Information

Raise the tax threshold to £40k, and replace by VAT this removes most of the population from the tax burden whilst catching all. Many people are not paying tax by avoidance. The vat rise would be much fairer, people who have more spend more. People on minimum wage or income support would have exemption by certificate to be shown at point of sale to a maximum yearly spend at £26k year.
