increase housing benifit to people living in council or private housing or people with mortgages below social housing levels.

Additional Information

i would like the goverment to review the lower end of the housing benifit system whereas people living in council or private landlord property and people with mortgages below social housing levels beeing put into eviction circumstances beyond there control where it is going to cost the goverment more to rehouse those people once they have been evicted and lost everything.
