Bonuses-change of basis
Bonuses of employees of public/government owned & controlled banks should be based on the annual profits of the investments etc that they have sold, on an ongoing basis as long as that investment is held, not on their sales. Bosses bonuses should be based on the overall profits of the organisation. No profit no bonus.
Public sector workers and bosses bonuses should be based on measurable benefits to their organisation and decided by an entirely independant organisation not by "the old boys network" all patting each other on the back.
Bonuses paid to failed & sacked officers should be stopped.
