Stop Excessive Bonuses in Publically-owned Organisations

Additional Information

That Parliament shall debate and bring into effect legislation requiring Parliamentary approval before any bonus may be paid to an employee of a publically-owned organisation where this will exceed a value equivalent to £100,000 remuneration in any single year. This to be in recognition of the fact that any governmental, non-governmental or majority share-owned organisation is owned by the public, and not the Executive, and only Parliament has the legitimatacy to represent the views of the public in such matters.
