Petition Action

Justice is not a commodity - sold to the wealthy, unaffordable to the worthy.

Additional Information

Create a branch of the civil justice system which is democratic, accessible and affordable to individual and class action litigants-in-person, by substituting unaccountable judges and lawyers with appointed and elected arbitration panels. All writs issued to be given a fair hearing in front of juries in open courts.

This would eliminate crippling legal expenses and stop the practice of writs being ‘struck out’ as ‘vexatious’ before reaching a courtroom or jury because of judicial bias and elitism.
