Change the Scope of the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme

Additional Information

Expand the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme to include all private companies so that they are all accountable for the energy they waste. The public sector should be removed from the scheme their is no point passing money from Treasury back to Treasury.
