Fair pay and bonuses for executives

Additional Information

All companies operating in the UK should not pay the highest earner more than 40 times the salary of the lowest earner in the company. Where bonuses are paid this should only be done on the 'John Lewis' model ( ie proprtionally to all staff at the company).
