Wish for the UK Government to have a serious review of current drug policy with a view to the abandonment of prohibition.
Prohibition clearly does not work. The illegality of many substances causes far more harm than good. How many billions are spent every year fighting a war with no benefit or conclusion. The governments policies are often the cause of the problem rather than the solution. Our country needs some of our politicians to stand up for what they believe rather than peddling for votes they think that they will lose should they speak out.
