Helping small buisness offer apprenticeships

Collage block release courese need to be scrapped ,tax breaks for companys employing apprentices. A return to city and guild qualifications.This may be enough to start small buisness recruiting school leavers and start getting quality trained tradesmen . Not allowing local collages to mass produce nvq passed students with no experince .small buisness can afford day release but not two week blocks at a time .. help the trades
