Schools CPR Programme
That once a year all secondary school pupils in the UK should be given a days training in CPR and basic first aid. This would in time provide us with a national CPR army able to provide basic life saving skills in the minutes before the ambulance can arrive. This would be similar to the American citizen CPR programme.
