Subsidised and State Owned Companies to Comply to Strict Pay Regulations
In order to prevent the tax payer funding failure in the private sector it is proposed that all companies who receive government subsidy to adhere to rules regarding executive and director pay. Such that the top earner in a company (including bonus - cash and other) shall be no more than a multiple of that of the bottom earner (including temp staff). Once a company is capable of existing without state intervention then they will become exempt from these regulations.
