Petition to introduce 2 Child Policy

Additional Information

This petition is aiming to get the Government to bring in a policy limiting each married couple to a maximum of two children (which can be legally exceeded due to twins/triplets etc). This would have the aim of drastically reducing the UK's population in order to cut our carbon emissions and keep everyone well fed and watered in a future in which both commodities will be scarce.
