Ban Benefits to New Immigrants

Additional Information

To stop any new benefit claims being awarded to new migrants that have entered the country. Benefits should be awarded to migrants that have proven they have contributed something towards the county. For example, working for a set number of years, contributing a set amount of N.I and tax, having been a citizen for a number of years.
