Introduction of Minimum Speed Traps

Police enforced minimum speed traps to be used in areas such as short single carriageway national speed limit zone to catch drivers who are causing slow moving traffic by unnecessarily slowing down traffic, for example doing 30mph in a National Speed Limit zone.
