Winter Fuel Payment for disabled and chronically sick people

Additional Information

The needs of the disabled and chronically ill people are not being met.

During the winter months not all vulnerable people are able to afford to heat their homes adequately.

The winter fuel payment is currently only available to those over the age of 60.

Disabled and chronically ill people should be eligible for help with their heating costs during the winter.
