Train hospital domestics to clean body fluids on wards

Additional Information

Domestic cleaners on hospital wards are not allowed to clean up any body fluids at present. Nursing staff have to spend valuable time cleaning instead of caring for their patients. The government should make all hospital trusts train their domestics to clean body fluids on every ward.
