Controlling Remuneration Packages at Quangos
It be made a condition of funding that all organisations which receive more than 50% of their funding directly, or indirectly, from Government sources have the financial packages of their Directors and Senior Executives personally signed off by the Minister of the funding Department, regardless of the organisation's legal structure
