Immediately remove from their posts those civil servants in HMRC who engineered the tax deal arranged for the Chairman of the Student Loan Body
It is blatantly obvious that the civil servants involved have treated the taxpayer with complete disdain. It is their job to PROTECT the publilc purse, it is NOT their job to connive with highly placed public servants and politicians to ensure the public purse is denied income tax donations from public employees.
