Do not downgrade the Engineering diploma at GCSE

This send out the wrong signals to both foreign business who are looking for places to invest and home businesses.
Are we serious about increasing the interest in engineering in the UK?
Those who take this diploma may take engineering at college and university.
As well as Science and Maths, the country needs more engineers and techology students.
