Bring in to the Licensing Act 2003 the objective of Protecting and improving public health.

Additional Information

Currently the council has to tke into account these factors:
1.The prevention of crime and disorder;
2. public safety;
3. The prevention of public nuisance; and
4. The protection of children from harm
I would like the addition of Protecting and improving public health to these.
