Dangerous Dogs to ne restrained when out

Additional Information

Many dog owners cannot go out with their animals due to the inconsiderate owners of breeds such as rottweilers, dobermanns and staffordshires.

Breeds such as these should be, under law, required to be on a lead AT ALL TIMES when not within the owner's property and should also be muzzled AT ALL TIMES when out too. This protects the other owners, dogs and most of all, children, who have to put up with the inconsiderate actions of these dangerous breed owners.
