Reform current legislation which allows parents from EU A8 Countries Working in the UK, to Claim Child Benefit for their Children not living in UK

Additional Information

Workers in the UK from EU A8 Countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, appear to often claim Child Benefit for children who are not "present with them in the UK" or do not notify the Child benefit Department if their Children are no longer living in the UK with them and therefore their claim toChild Benefit is no longer valid. The process for these types of claims needs fully reviewing as it is no longer fit for purpose. How many claims are as they are portrayed and accurate in payments and entitlement. The UK cannot afford this inaccauracies.
