Support for elective home educators

Additional Information

With news of overcrowded schools, and rising rates of NEETS, is it not time to support those who wish to home educate.
Support should be available to those who wish to home educate their children, support should include free access to educational services available to schools, access to discounts etc available to schools, possible financial support.
