Ban banks from using 0845 numbers and passing cost to their customers

Additional Information

To make all banks have freephone numbers for their customers. Currently banks have 0845 numbers which are very expensive and usually keep you on automated system for around 1/ 2 mins before you can then speak to a human. Enough! Banks should stop passing their costs to the taxpayer and have a freephone number when you need to talk to them!
