Bus operators should have smartcard machines on all Buses

Additional Information

I recommend to the Government that smartcard machines as used by operators such as Stagecoach should be nationwide.
Reasons why.1: To stop fraud by opertors when having passengers who have a consessionary bus pass.
2: To give a more accurate figure as to passenger numbers.
3: To stop fraud claims for passengers by smal bus opertaors, being done by drivers and management
