Make car insurance a not for profit organisation

Additional Information

Every year car insurance premiums go up and yet you cannot legally own a car without it. It is a legal requirement to have car insurance yet the companies selling it are making profit, The government should take charge of car insurance and not allow companies to make a profit from something which by law you must have.
