Introduce proof of entitlement to park in parent and child spaces.

Additional Information

Use proof (could be the requirement to display the maternity exemption certificate for NHS charges that new mums and pregnant women are entitled to) to display in car window in order to park in parent and child space.

Government should make this a recognised requirement in the same way that blue badges must be used to prove disability.
