Use Britain’s financial expertise to assist developing countries to: (a) Access the inherent value in their natural resources; (b) Employ this value to finance infrastructure projects. Use Britain’s engineering experience and armed forces to help build the infrastructure. This would provide much needed employment and, in addition, an expanded role for the army. For the future, further develop financial, engineering and armed forces expertise along these lines.
