Ban cut and shut cars from the public roads

Additional Information

All too often one hears that a car has been sold that turns out to be two cars joined together. This is a perfectley legal practice but is highly dangerous as the 'car' or 'cars' will go their separate ways in the event of a crash. This petition is to make the sale of such vehicles and their use on public roads illegal
