Grandparents Rights vs Both Parents Rights
When both parents are happily married, stable with children that are not on any at risk registers, grandparents should not be able to pursue contact orders, residence orders or prohibitive steps orders in the courts. We would like the government to make it law that grandparents only have the right to pursue one of the above court orders if the parents of the child or children are not in agreement, divorced or unmarried.
