UK supreme court override to European Court of Human Rights

Additional Information

An expedited judicial equivalent to the Parliament Act which exerts the right of the UK Supreme Court alone in matters of public protection and demonstrable public interest to override the European Court of Human Rights. This will allow for the removal within 24 hours of the UK supreme court decision of non-UK nationals from the UK sending them back to their country of origin and/or birth and banning them from ever returning.
