An amendment to Section 41 of Civic Government (Scotland) 1982 by the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 with particular reference to free entry Arts and Cultures events such as Museums, Arts Events, exhibitions and community gatherings, and any other related events.
