HMRC Should Accept Rangers FC CVA Which Would Allow It To Continue Trading
The present regime at Rangers FC has inherited a problem, (not in the slightest of its own making) with the alleged previous misuse of Employment Benefit Trusts
We ask that HMRC accepts an arrangement by which it maximises revenue receipts concomitant with the continued existence of Rangers FC.
It should be noted that the supporters of Rangers FC are largely pro-Union, and that being liquidated by an arm of UK Gov. and the disgruntlement this may cause, may well have a bearing on how 1.5m Scots vote in the Independence Referendum.
