I would like to see the consultation of local people before planning permission is given to Tesco. With consideration to:

Local Residents: Is there a need? Are they aware of the effects on their area?
Effect on Local Businesses: Will this have a potentially negative effect on Small Local business?
Distance between other Tesco stores.
Road Safety Problems Large 'Metro/Express' stores create from increased traffic, insufficient parking, increased numbers of pedestrians.
